Planning and preparation of federal and state tax filings, including sole proprietorships, LLCs, partnerships, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations, represent a key opportunity for MinistryCPA to benefit our clients. We install and trouble-shoot QuickBooks Online, Desktop and Enterprise software for transaction processing and decision making. GoToAssist, a cloud service of publicly traded LogMeIn, Inc., enables us to provide remote support and screen sharing collaboration with accounting people employed by our business clients. Numerous clients have invited us to join their QuickBooks Online groups.
Identifying and overcoming weaknesses in current accounting systems or implementing new systems has long been a critical need of the business clients we serve. These engagements include design and implementation of budgeting and forecasting mechanisms, internal control procedures, and financial analysis and reporting systems. We have designed an operational review template that enables us to work with our business clients to address agreed-upon priorities for accounting system investigation and improvement.

Using QuickBooks Online, we assist small business clients with transaction processing and government reporting. Often our small business clients do not have full-time staff with accounting software experience. We are able to fill that void and support bookkeeping people in the areas needed. Government compliance support and report preparation often accompany these services.
